Madonna Place strengthens families to prevent child abuse and neglect through our comprehensive services of education, advocacy, and community collaboration. We empower caregivers by helping them navigate systemic barriers and overcome personal challenges to create safe and stable family environments. Services include a comprehensive family support center, home visiting for pregnant individuals or families, parenting classes, and services for fathers.
Our Journey of Support: Madonna Place began as a respite center for women with children in 1981 and incorporated in 1987 in the city of Norwich, CT. Since its beginning, Madonna Place continues to be an inviting and safe place for families to receive support, resources, and services. Each year, over 800 families are served by our programs.
