The ribbon cutting ceremony, supported by the Greater Norwich Chamber of Commerce (GNACC), will take place on July 12, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, followed by a special evening at the Sea Unicorns baseball game at Dodd Stadium. ECAR President Molly Bruno expressed her excitement about the new headquarters, stating, "This has been a few years in the works, and will serve the Association for years to come." The new facility represents a significant milestone for ECAR, providing a modern and efficient space for its operations and community engagement. The renovation project was led by RCA Construction, who skillfully transformed the building to accommodate ECAR on the main level, while the lower level is occupied by tenant AWP. The updated headquarters will enhance ECAR’s ability to support its members, real estate school, and the local real estate community. Attendees of the ribbon cutting ceremony will be treated to a champagne toast and a tour of the newly renovated space. The first 100 guests will receive free admission to the evening's festivities at Dodd Stadium, which will include a Sea Unicorns baseball game, refreshments, and a spectacular fireworks display. This family-friendly event is open to all, but registration for the baseball game is required. Event Details: Ribbon Cutting and Champagne Toast: 35 Connecticut Ave, from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. Free and open to all. Sea Unicorns Baseball Game: Dodd Stadium, from 6:00 – 10 PM, following the ribbon cutting. Free to the first 100 registered guests, open to all.
