Participants from the community reimagined this timeless event by embracing new trends and demographics and blending them with past festival highlights. The goals of the past and the present remain the same; community centered engagement, fun for all ages, and to showcase Norwich in a positive light.

The 2018 Rose Arts Festival will:

• Center artistic flavor and live music of past festivals at Chelsea Parade location by day
• Focus past festival’s social infused flavor of past “beer-fest” downtown at night
• Embrace the modern day diverse Norwich community
• Invigorate, empower, encourage citizens to be proud of their city
• Celebrate positive city aspects; what we have now to help build our future
