About Gary K. Decker:
I am a Certified Professional Coach, Speaker and Business Leader. In my more than 35 years of experience I have led and empowered numerous teams, leaders and individuals across Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Communications, Innovation & Development, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing. I help leaders good leaders become great!

I have found that many leaders and business owners do not realize that they can be more effective, or they do realize but do not know what to do to succeed, or who they can talk to safely.

The past few years has made it even harder, and has caused a deeper impact to peoples businesses, careers and lives.

I provide a non-judgmental, external perspective for people and help them get clarity of their vision, alignment to success, and fulfillment of their purpose. Most of all I help people get results!!

Services:
Group Coaching- Coaching to support a leadership team or a peer group that includes both collective and one-on-one sessions. Following initial scoping discussions an appropriate session plan and schedule is established and agreed for the group.

Individual Coaching- One-on-one coaching, typically achieved remotely by video or telephone. Also effective in-person where applicable. This always starts with an initial deep-dive and then an appropriate session plan is agreed.

Energy Leadership Assessment- Individualized Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment utilizing the proven iPEC ELI methodology. This assessment can be effective independently or in conjunction with individual or group coaching packages.
