EMDR Therapy | In-Person & Online Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety & PTSD

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a transformative alternative to traditional 'talk' therapy. By combining guided movements with focused conversations, EMDR helps you process and heal from the root of your painful memories, anxieties, and limiting beliefs. This powerful therapy opens doors to real, lasting change, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence

 

EMDR Intensives | When Weekly Therapy Doesn't Fit Your Schedule 

Time is a precious commodity for you. EMDR Intensives are concentrated EMDR therapy sessions that span a few hours in the afternoon or a few days in our Norwich office. My intensives are specifically structured to provide rapid, deep healing so you can return to your family and daily life with renewed energy and peace of mind. EMDR Intensives can provide the equivalent of 6-12 months of therapy in a short time frame, and can be a great experience on their own or as a compliment to your work with a regular therapist.

 

Reiki | Hands-On & Virtual Reiki Appointments 

You don’t need to be an EMDR client to experience the healing power of Reiki. Our Reiki practitioners offers soothing sessions that combine energy work with natural healing vibrations to relieve stress, pain, and fatigue. Whether you're looking to realign your energy, ease tension, or simply find a moment of deep relaxation in your busy week, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to bring balance to both mind and body.
